ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!  Brian helped us buy our new home and sell our previous one.  He was equally fantastic at both.  On the buying end, Brian was able to negotiate a great deal and made sure it went smoothly. Brian was amazing.

Brian was amazing. He told us he could sell our house in under 10 days (and his listing of our home was 30k higher than the other agent we met with)... he did it in 6 days!!!! Amazingly smooth closing and he went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues because of hurricane Irma. Anyone  would be lucky to work with him.

Jennifer has been of service to our family for the 3rd time. She was our son's realtor twice and ours for our first home in FL. We were moving from NJ to FL. Prior to flying to FLs, Brian spent time on the phone understanding the home and neighborhood features that were most important to us. He spent a long 3 day weekend patiently showing us homes in several towns and communities. Each time, he made sure that we also got to  see the downtown areas and shopping centers. He responded to last minute showing changes and requests. Once we found the home we liked, he negotiated on our behalf and advised us of our options for making an offer. Since we couldn't personally attend the multitude of inspections, Brian was there for all of them and communicated with us via Facetime. He made our out-of-state home shopping experience pleasant and easy. His personal knowledge of the area helped us find the right home quickly. Originally we intended on listing the house in 1-3 years after we made a few more improvements, but when we saw the house in Sanford, it spoke to us and we felt an urgency to make an offer. We didn’t look at any other homes because the one we purchased just felt like “home”. We’ve been in it less than a week, are still unpacking boxes and setting up, but already love it and feel like we made the right choice. The neighbors are great and everyone loves the beautiful lake view. Jennifer helped me sell a home in 2017. A year later I called on her again to help me buy a new home. I was unsure of what I wanted and exactly where I wished to relocate.
