Altamonte Springs

Altamonte Springs, located just minutes north of Downtown Orlando, is known for amazing restaurants, fantastic shopping, premiere events, incredible nightlife, and top-rated schools. If you're interested in making Altamonte Springs home you'll find everything from large scale apartments and high rise condos or luxury waterfront estates. From annual events like Red, Hot & Boom at Crane's Roost Park to shopping at Uptown Altamonte, there is a lot to keep Altamonte residents busy. Altamonte Springs offers lots of outdoor activities as well, including Lotus Lake Park and Congo River Adventure Golf.

Apopka

The City of Apopka is located 12 miles northwest of downtown Orlando, the Orlando International Airport and many area attractions. Apopka is the second largest city in Orange County (2nd only to Orlando) and offers plenty of business and recreational opportunities.  Home buyers in Apopka will have an enormous variety of options.  Whether you're looking for a peaceful place to convene with nature or convenient access to major traffic arteries, you'll be able to find it in abundance. Apopka offers beautiful gardens and landscapes, parks for swimming and tubing, biking trails, birding areas and much more. If you're in town to get a taste for the area, local food is on the menu at one of the areas many outdoor food festivals.

Casselberry

Located just 10 miles north of downtown Orlando, Casselberry is located in the southern portion of Seminole County. Homes here are within 30 minutes of Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the beaches, and are zoned for fantastic public schools. The city encompasses only approximately 8 square miles, but the homes in this tight-knit community are highly desirable. The city's motto, "A Great Place to Live", says it all.   The city of Casselberry maintains 17 parks ranging from small city parks to large recreation centers.  Casselberry was also awarded and maintains the Tree City USA designation from the Arbor Day Foundation.

Clermont

Clermont is located just west of Orlando and north of Disney World in Lake County, FL.  Clermont is home to rolling hills and picturesque lakes as well as one of Florida's first landmarks, the 1956 Florida Citrus Tower.  Home shoppers will find a variety of options; everything from acerage to lake front single familiy homes, to new construction.  Outdoor activities are plentiful and include camping, hiking, boating, biking, and golfing, to name a few.  Ample shopping and dining options as well as a variety of arts, cultural and outdoor activities makes Clermont an ideal place for families to set down roots.

Deltona

Deltona is located on the north shore of Lake Monroe and the St John's River.  It is the most populous city in Volusia County.  From Deltona, all aspects of life in Central Florida are accessible and many people who call Deltona home find commuting from there a breeze.  Central Florida beaches, attractions and airports are all less than an hours drive from Deltona.  Water sports and activities are some of the most popular in the area due to the close proximity to Lake Monroe and the St John's river.

DeBary

DeBary is located in the southern most portion of Volusia County on the northern shore of the St. John's River near Lake Monroe.  Parks are plentiful in this area as are water sports.  The types of communities vary from gated communities with amenities to older, more established neighborhoods and new construction. The varied real estate market and proximity to major highways and employment hubs is bringing more and more people to DeBary.  DeBary is just a short 9 mile drive to Sanford and Lake Mary shopping centers, 25 miles to the heart of Orlando, and less than an hours drive to theme parks, Orlando International Airport and Daytona Beach.   A SunRail station services the DeBary area and is currently the northernmost stop on the rail line.  From here, residents can travel all the way through Kissimmee.  

Eustis

Located in Lake County, Eustis has beautiful waterfront, wonderful neighborhoods, rural farms and a thriving downtown. It has a strong commitment to the arts, echoed in its motto; Culture, Opportunity, and Vitality. If your looking for peaceful acreage with easy access to fishing and hunting while staying close enough to commute to Orlando or occasionally visit theme parks and the beach, this might be the place for you. The new Downtown Waterfront Entertainment District, located along Lake Eustis, is a fantastic place to experience all that the area has to offer. You'll find great retail shops and restaurants, an opportunity to enjoy fine art, and live entertainment as well as endless supply of outdoor activities.

Kissimmee

Kissimmee is the largest city in Osceola County and sits just to the south of Orlando and to the east of all the major theme parks. It is home to a plethora of activities for residents and visitors of the area, many of which are known world-wide.  Outdoor activities like biking, hiking, public parks and golfing are plenty.  Osceola Heritage Park is an event complex featuring The Silver Spurs Arena which hosts concerts, as well as Osceola County Stadium which was converted to a soccer complex in 2019 and is now home to the Orlando City soccer team's practice facilities.  Kissimmee is only 10 miles to Disney's parks and just over 20 miles to Universal Studios.  Housing options are varied and offer something for every lifestyle; from condo and town-home communities with resort style amenities, to single family homes and new construction to estates in gated communities.

Lake Mary

Lake Mary is a suburban city nestled only 18 miles north of the Metro Orlando area and is one of the fastest growing areas in Central Florida.  Lake Mary has gained national recognition as one of the best places in the country to live by CNN/Money Magazine and Family Circle!  Zoned for fantastic schools and bursting at the seams with family friendly events and activities, Lake Mary has become a destination for home shoppers.  Popular events in Lake Mary include the downtown farmers market every Saturday and WineART Wednesdays.  Events include food trucks, wine and beer gardens, artists, live music and more!  Recreation for children includes playgrounds, parks, baseball, softball, soccer and more.  Entertainment options for adults and seniors are plentiful too!  

Longwood

As the oldest city in Seminole County, Longwood features a bustling historic district.  Home to the Street of Dreams award winning Chateau D'usse, luxurious Spanish styled condominiums, and historic 19th century Victorian homes, Longwood has an enormous diversity in its real estate.  Longwood was recently rated as the 4th Safest Place to Raise a Family in Florida and as one of the Top 10 Cities in FL by bestplaces.net. With a reputation for exceptional public schools, quiet suburban neighborhoods, and a tight-knit community it's easy to see why. With only about 15,000 residents you would expect a small town feel, but you can find anything that you need here. Longwood is home to some of the best entertainment and dining experiences in Seminole County. With the addition of the SunRail station and the commercial and residential development growing in the area to support it, that is unlikely to change any time soon.

Maitland

Maitland is a suburb to Orlando and lies just to the north of the Orlando Metro area.  With it's close proximity to the city, bustling economic and employment opportunities, and it's varied real estate market, many people are calling Maitland home.  The economic hub, the Maitland Center, was established in 1982 just next to Interstate 4. Today its 226 acres include over 400 businesses and over 45 office buildings.  Worldwide Brands has its headquarters in Maitland.  Other local employers include; EA Tiburon, makers of the popular Madden NFL series and NCAA Football series, as well as Fidelity Integrated Financial Solutions among others.  There are a multitude of activities for people of all ages including clubs and sports.  The city is also home to over 15 city parks featuring walking trails, play grounds, facilities, concessions and sports fields.

Mount Dora

Mount Dora is a small town in Lake County that sits on the shores of Lake Dora.  It is known not only for the small town vibe, but for it's historic charm, tight knit communities, festivals and markets, and southern feel.  Peopel who call Mount Dora home have everything they'd want in small town boutique shopping as well as the major chains.  Restaurants are plenty in downtown Mount Dora and surrounding city limits.  Mount Dora is home to historic sites like the John P. Donnelly House and the Lakeside Inn.  Parks and playgrounds are a frequent find and include some popular choices like Gilbert Park and Annie Donnelly Park, which is home to the towns weekly farmer's market.  In Mount Dora you can find anything from charming downtown bungalows to gated golf communities and new construction home options.

Ocoee

Ocoee is approximately 10 miles west of Orlando and at the 2010 census had a population of about 35,579 people. Orlando International Airport is a short 20 mile drive, as are all of the Disney Theme Parks.  Access to major highways, like 429 and 408, makes Ocoee and attractive location for commuters and those looking for fast access to Central Florida's major venues.  Falling essentially in the middle of the state, Ocoee is only an hour from everything both West Coast and East Coast Florida beaches have to offer.

Orlando

Orlando is the largest inland city in Florida and is known as the most visited American city setting records year after year thanks to world famous attractions like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Orlando is also one of the busiest cities in the nation for business conferences and conventions and is also home to the second-largest university campus in the United States, the University of Central Florida.  As one of the leading tourism destinations in the world, Orlando owes a great deal of it's growth to the what is likely the most critical event in the cities economy; the announcement of Walt Disney's plans for Walt Disney World in 1965. For some time afterwards, Orlando was a city of snowbirds with second homes in the surrounding communities visited to escape the colder weather back home.

Oviedo

Oviedo is home to approximately 35,000 residents at present, but the city is experiencing a growth spurt on the north side of Mitchell Hammock Rd.  Part of this growth is due to the heavy investment in the new Oviedo on the Park complex.  This developing area includes restaurants, luxury apartments, and townhomes as well as a central lake with fountains and entertainment venues.  Oviedo is home to 6 public elementary schools, 2 public middle schools, and 2 public high schools.  It is also the home to a branch of Seminole State College and borders the University of Central Florida campus in Orlando, making the southern end of town a highly desirable are for both families with small children and parents with older children attending college.

Sanford

The city of Sanford is located approximately 20 miles northeast of Orlando, right between Daytona Beach and Walt Disney World and is the largest city in Seminole County. Whether you're destination is the beach and Bike Week or a day at the theme parks, you can be there in under 45 minutes. As one of Central Florida's oldest incorporated cities, Sanford is home to brick-lined streets, towering oak trees, and large nineteenth-century Victorian homes.  It's also a bustling location for new construction homes.   Shopping and entertainment is easy to find with an abundance of boutiques and antique shops, restaurants, coffee shops and breweries.  The Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens calls Sanford home and plays hosts to events for both children and adults alike.  Events include everything from fireworks over Lake Monroe to downtown parades, monthly food truck events and weekly farmers markets.  

Sorrento

Sorrento is nestled in the rolling hills of Lake County in Central Florida.  A variety of real estate is available in Sorrento, from large equestrian properties with several acres of land, to gated communities and established open communities where homes sit on an acre or more.   Sorrento's appeal doesn't stop there; it's also in the proximity to both Sanford International Airport and Orlando International Airport is great for families who travel often or commuters who need quick access to air travel.  The recent completion of the 429 Wekiva Parkway extension to SR 46 allows residents quick access to everything in West Orlando including Disney Theme Parks.  The upcoming completion of this beltway will connect the area to Sanford/Lake Mary and the highways more central including 417 and Interstate 4; making travelling just about anywhere in Central Florida a breeze.

Tavares

Tavares is known as America's Seaplane City.  Visitors will find entertainment, bars, restaurants and event venues in the vibrant downtown area.  Water activities and events are some that are the best known by locals and draw the biggest out of town crowds.  Wooten Park is home to the Tavares seaplane base as well as a castle inspired playground under moss covered oak trees.  More than 16 major events are hosted by the town each year including seaplane and holiday events.  Housing in Tavares is varied with options ranging from new construction to historic bungalows walking distance to downtown.

Windermere

Windermere is located just west of Orlando and offers an amazing location for commuters, travelers or park lovers.  Incredibly close proximity to many of the area's most exciting attractions; from Disney just 9 miles away to Universal Studios only 6 miles away, Windermere is considered a premier location.  Orlando International Airport is a quick 20 miles and the location to major highways offers easy commuting to most of Orlando's major areas.  Many professional athletes have called Windermere home including Tiger Woods, Ken Griffey Jr and Shaquille O'Neal.  You don't have to be a celebrity to call Windermere home, however, because housing option are varied and offer something for every lifestyle.  

Winter Garden

Winter Garden is located just 20 minutes west of Downtown Orlando near Lake Apopka.   It's close proximity to Orlando, theme parks, and major highways has made it a hub for residential and commercial growth.  Winter Garden covers just over 15 square miles.  Historic Downtown Winter Garden is known for it's collection of shops, restaurants and cafes while Winter Garden Village offers more retail shopping with larger chain stores and restaurants, as well as some boutique shops.  Real estate is varied in Winter Garden from older downtown bungalows to booming new construction neighborhoods loaded with amenities.  It's hard not to fall in love with everything Winter Garden has to offer.

Winter Park

As a charming and picturesque suburb of Orlando, the city of Winter Park has a lot to offer its residents. With a special emphasis on green spaces, including more than 70 parks, safe neighborhoods, good schools, arts, and culture, Winter Park is attracting home buyers at a steady pace. Home buyers have their choice of single family homes on tree-lined streets, luxury condos, cozy apartments and townhomes and sprawling estates on large lots.  Winter Park is home to Rollins College and the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of Natural Art.  Shopping and entertainment in downtown Winter Park, as well as the addition of a SunRail station in the middle of it all, makes Winter Park a go-to destination for either a day out with the kids, or a night out with friends.
