ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!  Brian helped us buy our new home and sell our previous one.  He was equally fantastic at both.  On the buying end, Brian was able to negotiate a great deal and made sure it went smoothly. On the selling end, Brian's skills surpass other realtors.  He was able to get way more showings through his understanding of  current social media and technology.
